Terms of Use

Timebox Mark is a productivity tool for planning time boxes, running focus timers, and receiving reminders.

Use of the App

You are responsible for how you plan your schedule and respond to reminders. Timebox Mark does not guarantee that timers, Live Activities, local notifications, or widgets will always appear at an exact time. Operating systems may delay, limit, or suppress background updates and notifications.

Accounts and Sync

Some features require sign-in. If you sign in, your daily plan data may sync through Firebase so the app can restore your current plan and progress. You are responsible for keeping access to your Apple or Google account secure.

Notifications and Live Activity

If enabled, the app may schedule local notifications and display a Live Activity on your device for the active timer.

Future Paid Features

Local-only planning may remain free. Future watch sync, cloud sync, shared devices, invite codes, or server-backed features may require a paid plan or in-app purchase. Paid features will be clearly described in the app before purchase.

Changes

These terms may be updated before public release or when new account, billing, device integration, or other service features are added.
