Timebox Mark

Data We Store

The app may store brain dump items, reminders, top priorities, timebox titles and time ranges, completed timebox count, notification preferences, and sound preferences.

When you are signed in, this daily plan data may be stored in Firebase Firestore under your account. When cloud sync is unavailable, the app keeps planning data on your device.

Account Data

If you sign in with Apple or Google, Timebox Mark receives basic account information such as a user identifier, email address, and display name when the provider supplies it. This is used for authentication and plan sync.

Notifications

Timebox Mark uses local notifications to alert you when a focus block or break ends. On iOS, a Live Activity update token may be stored under your signed-in account and used only to update or end the current Live Activity. It is not used for marketing notifications.

Live Activity

On iOS, Timebox Mark uses Live Activity to display the active timer, visible top priorities, and current timebox on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island.

Diagnostics and Analytics

Timebox Mark uses Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics to detect crashes, measure release stability, and understand the limited sequence of app actions immediately before a failure. This may include a stack trace, app lifecycle and timer state, app version, device model, OS version, and installation or session identifiers generated by Firebase.

Crash reports and analytics events do not include your email address, account identifier, timebox titles, brain dump or reminder text, authentication credentials, or Live Activity push tokens. This data is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Data We Do Not Collect

Timebox Mark does not collect location, contacts, photos, browsing history, or advertising identifiers, and it does not track you across apps or websites.

Account Deletion

You can start account deletion inside the app from Settings. Account deletion removes your Firebase account and synced Timebox Mark plan data associated with that account.

You can also request deletion by email if you cannot access the app. Include the email address used to sign in so the account can be located.
